The week ago. I'm looking for information on the Sole Unisex Softec Ultra Insole,Black/Grey,Men's 9.5-10 M/Women's 11.5-12, so i would like to describe here.
I had a little trouble getting these to fit my feet at first-is there a heat sensor on the bottom of one of the slabs that had to change color after being warmed in the oven (low temperature) for a short period. my never changed color, and the instructions said to take them out after a certain period of time, though not changed. I didn't notice much immediate change in comfort from their. I felt, however, as I got a "lump" under one of my heels for the first couple weeks. resisted to see if would eventually become more comfortable, and it did! You've been wearing them for about 8 months and I am very happy with them. (I use them for "everyday" walking around, nothing too strenuous) have a slightly higher than normal arch and I discovered that "normal" Arch insoles do not give enough support, but "high arch insoles were too high. These perfectly molded to my feet. My only complaint is that they are deep enough and does not work in some of the "athletic fashion" shoes I'd wear because the insoles are so thin that there is simply no room for real in the shoes insole!
